Janelle shares her own experiences with mental health disorders and sheds light on what it’s like to provide therapy for others while also being in therapy herself [and with her husband]. In celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month, Janelle explains how we can all work together to end the stigma and put the shame around mental health disorders to rest, once and for all.
