As promised, the [ir]Regulars are back with a new monthly episode. Since we know you missed us so much during the hiatus, we decided to give you another episode of Bobby and Kaity rocking out without a guest. In this episode, we discuss self esteem - what it is, why it's important, what roles it plays in relationships/life, and how we can work to improve it. We also feature a very impromptu PSA about non-iPhone users and their overwhelming inferiority to the general public. Sorry not sorry.
